For labs looking to bring a tool to market, we offer a low-friction path to commercialization — helping to recover past or future development costs through shared royalties. We keep the process simple: we do the building, you stay focused on research, and you weigh in when your insight is needed most. If it goes to market, we both share in the success.

Why do we do this?

Many labs have equipment ideas with real value beyond their own work — but limited time, funding, or interest in full product development. We’re excited about helping those ideas get out into the world.

How does it work?

  1. Initial consultation

    You come to us with an idea, a prototype, or a persistent challenge. If there's clear potential, we’ll propose a development plan with costs, specs, and a timeline.

  2. Development agreement

    You make a commitment. The investment on your side is significantly less than a typical contract, because you're sharing your expertise, your IP, and helping us test the tool in real conditions.

  3. Product development

    We build, test, and refine the tool with your feedback, then finalize it for broader production and release.

  4. Sales + promotion

    Once finalized, we offer the tool for sale. Together, we decide how actively to promote it—through our catalog, word of mouth, or coordinated marketing—which can shape how royalties are earned.
